Request a Return

If for any reason your are not satisfied with our product we will be happy to help you return.

 

Guidelines: Returns are valid within 21 days of order purchase. Any discounts at the time of order will then be recalculated when the return is processed. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

 

Return Process: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused in it's packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase. The cost of return label will be deducted from total order amount, not including shipping protection.

Contact us here and if your return is accepted we will send you a shipping label also the instruction to how and where to send the package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

 

Undelivered Items: Please contact us for undelivered items and we will help resolve the issue. Also reach out to your shipping carrier for package's delivery status.

 

Damaged Item: Please inspect your package when recived and contact us we there's any damages or if you've received the wrong item and we will help resolve the issue.

 

Wrong Address: Please note that we will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Please make sure to put in the correct address. If an order results in unsuccessful delivery and gets returned you might be subjected to USD $10.00 restocking fee.

 

Refunds: You will be notified once we receive your order. We will inspect the order and and we will notify you if the return is approved or not. If approved you be refunded on the original payment method within 10 Business days. Please take note that your bank might take longer to process the refund. If it's more than 15 days since me notified you of your return please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
